We are a dynamic organization seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Market Growth Representative to join our team in Allahabad.

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and explore new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Report daily sales activities, challenges, and progress to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve regional sales objectives.

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 years of sales experience (freshers can apply).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field job environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bike and valid driving license (DL) mandatory.
- Comfortable with contractual basis job

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
