**Job Title: Order Taking Executive**

**Location**: Hingna MIDC, Nagpur
**Department**: Order Taking

The Order Taking Executive is responsible for processing customer orders, handling inquiries, and ensuring accurate order entry into the ERP system. This role also involves managing order corrections, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and presenting material requirement plans (MRP) to the management team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Enquiries Handling**: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product details, and resolve issues.
- **Order Taking & Punching**: Accurately capture customer orders and input them into the ERP system.
- **Order Corrections**: Address discrepancies in order details and make necessary corrections in the system.
- **Order Filling**: Ensure timely order processing and coordination with logistics.
- **MRM Making & Presentation**: Prepare and present Monthly review meeting
- **Internal Coordination**: Work with sales, production, and logistics teams to fulfill orders.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate order records and generate reports as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in a similar role in manufacturing or supply chain.
- **Skills**: Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MS Excel, strong communication, and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
