**Experience**: This role is ideal for somebody who has a minimum of 6 years of SEO and Digital Marketing experience.

**Engagement type**: Work From Office or Work From Home; Full-time or Contractual (options available based on the fit and skill set)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
- Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
- Work with social media and PPC to achieve firm growth targets
- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
- Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
- Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals
- Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
- Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
- Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
- Work with technology team to guide optimal user requirements on webpages based on user behavior traffic trends

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
- Well versed with PPC and the complexities involved in such as budget management, launching new PPC campaigns and optimizing the existing one based on spend analysis and traffic data
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is good to have
- Experience with SEO reporting (KPIs, trackers, key indicators, managing SEO dashboard)
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, Ahref, SEMRush, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
- Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
- Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
- Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
