**Job Description**:

- Preparation of annual budget and monthly rolling forecast
- Variance Analysis
- Manage and track the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) along with operations and business leaders
- Create and Build dashboards
- Assessment of risks and opportunities associated with the accounts together with account leads
- Highlighting the financial impact of key risks and opportunities
- Produce and interpret a detailed monthly reporting pack and present the financial position
- Identify and address issues that affect business performance
- Management of WIP and debt balances and driving account

**Primary Skills**:

- Financial Analysis (FP&A)
- Management Reporting(P&L Reporting, KPI, Budgeting, Forecasting)
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent Communication & Coordination

**Secondary Skills**:

- HFM Process management.
- HFM Data uploads & reports.
- Working knowledge of ERP. Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to Hyperion planning and reporting tool would be an advantage.
