**Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**:

- Manage the order processing from multiple websites, including FBA and FBF.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
- **FBA/FBM Planning**:

- Strategize and plan FBA and FBF inventory management to optimize sales and minimize costs.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough quantity and quality checks for finished goods designated for FBA and FBF
- Ensure products meet quality standards and requirements before dispatch.
- **Labelling and Dispatching**:

- Label finished goods according to FBA and FBF standards.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to facilitate timely dispatch of products.
- Oversee the labelling and dispatching process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records for all finished goods.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering when necessary.
- **Documentation**:

- Compile and maintain a detailed list of finished goods dispatched for daily orders.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- **Communication**:

- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate order processing and fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce fulfillment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in order processing and fulfillment.
- Familiarity with FBA and FBM platforms, as well as e-commerce marketplaces.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and e-commerce software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
