Job Responsibilities: Design Creation and Innovation:

- Create engaging graphics that convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Brand Consistency:

- Ensure all visual designs maintain brand consistency across all digital channels, contributing to the strengthening and cohesion of the brand identity.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand the brand's voice, tone, and messaging to reflect these accurately in all visual designs. Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualise and implement visual marketing strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance campaign strategies and execution. Content Production for Social Media:

- Design and produce compelling graphics, animations, and video content tailored for different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), optimising for each platform's best practices and specifications. Design for Web and Mobile: (open to learn)
- Produce creative assets for online advertising campaigns, including display ads, PPC (Pay-Per-Click) ads, and sponsored content on social media. Video and Multimedia Production: (Advantage if has experience)
- Support the creation of video content by designing graphics, animations, and visual effects (VFX) that enhance video marketing materials. Project Management: (Important)
- Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, adhering to deadlines and coordinating with other team members and stakeholders. Feedback Implementation and Revision:

- Take feedback constructively from team members and clients to refine and revise designs, ensuring the final deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Staying Updated with Industry Trends:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in graphic design and digital marketing to ensure innovative and current design solutions. Tools and Software Proficiency:

- Demonstrate high proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects-optional) Visual Storytelling:

- Utilize visual storytelling techniques to create compelling narratives that engage the target audience and encourage them to take desired actions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
