**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct interactive spoken English training sessions for immigration clients to enhance their language proficiency.

Provide constructive feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary, with a focus on improving overall communication skills.

Design and deliver engaging training materials, incorporating real-life scenarios and industry-specific language relevant to immigration processes.

Assess and evaluate the language proficiency of immigration clients, identifying areas for improvement and creating individualized learning plans.

Collaborate with immigration consultants and case managers to align language training with the client's visa or immigration requirements.

Stay updated on changes in immigration policies and procedures, ensuring training content reflects the latest industry standards.

Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging active participation and cultural sensitivity among clients.

Monitor and track the progress of clients through regular assessments, adjusting training plans as needed to meet evolving language proficiency goals.

Stay abreast of advancements in language training methodologies and integrate innovative techniques to enhance the effectiveness of spoken English programs.

Provide timely and accurate reports on client progress, highlighting achievements and areas requiring additional focus.

Act as a resource for immigration staff by offering insights into linguistic challenges faced by clients, contributing to the overall success of the immigration process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Proficiency in the relevant languages required for immigration to various destinations.
- Experience in language training, preferably in an immigration context.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
- Familiarity with immigration policies and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Ambala, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
