Job Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify and generate new sales leads in assigned areas.

Conduct site visits and explain project details to clients.

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

Support senior sales staff in meeting sales targets.

Prepare and maintain daily sales reports.

Coordinate with the CRM and marketing teams for promotional activities.

Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience (Real estate/construction preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Basic computer and reporting skills.

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
