**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Design Execution**: Develop visually compelling, on-brand designs for digital platforms, print materials, social media, presentations, and event collaterals.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain consistency in design elements and brand identity across various platforms and campaigns.
- **Conceptualization and Innovation**: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and create innovative visual concepts that effectively communicate key messages.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the content and video teams to deliver cohesive creative outputs. Provide constructive feedback and be open to collaborative ideation.
- **Project Management**: Juggle multiple design projects, ensuring timelines are met without compromising quality. Maintain organized records of design files and documentation.
- **Adaptability and Flexibility**: Quickly adapt to project-specific requirements, staying aligned with brand guidelines and the unique needs of the education sector.
- **Print Production Expertise**: Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality production of print materials.
- **Communication and Presentation**: Clearly articulate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, effectively incorporating feedback into the final output.
- **Problem-Solving**: Tackle design challenges with innovative solutions, balancing creativity and functionality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the education or youth-focused sectors.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to follow briefs and align with brand expectations while infusing creativity.
- Experience in working on digital, print campaigns
- Experience in mentoring or training junior designers is a plus.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design tools, trends, and emerging technologies including AI tools

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
