At Pro-Riterz, we’re looking for a badass Process Trainer who would be able to train Writers to be battle ready.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1) Create ageneral content Course for any writers coming to the organization

2) creating full course specifically for the newbies right from scratch to being battle ready

3) understanding gaps in the existing writers and training them to be their best version

4) Being a bridge between QA, and Project manager to make sure feedbacks by QA are being implemented and writers are learning properly from the mistakes and implementing them going forward

5) Holding doubt solving, interacting sessions with new and old writers alike and constantly empowering them towards company motive and goals.

6) introducing tech and giving them certificates after small tests or stuff to flex about.

7) Being a crucial Stake holder within the team and understand client requirements of every project. Talking with the writers assigned on the projects and tally their growth, errors, acceptability rate, vs time graph

8) Understanding client requirements to prepare an actionable blueprint for writers to work around.

**Experience Required**

1. The trainer must be having atleast 3 years of experience in writing SEO contents

2. Should be absolutely fluent in Written and spoken English

3. Should know how to handle writers from their shoes

4. Preferably holding a degree in Mass Communication and Journalism and/or MA in English.

5. Should be able to have an idea of documentation procedure so that all the training materials can be stored within

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
