**Responsibilities**:

- Develop lesson plans and educational materials that are engaging and effective for students of all backgrounds and skill levels.
- Teach online Hindi language courses using video conferencing and other remote learning technologies.
- Evaluate student progress and adjust lesson plans as needed to ensure each student is making adequate progress.
- Create and administer assessments to evaluate student learning and provide feedback to students and parents as needed.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to improve the quality and effectiveness of the Hindi language program.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in Hindi language instruction and integrate new technologies and techniques as appropriate.
- Provide outstanding customer service to students and parents, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Native Hindi speaker with strong language skills and a deep understanding of Hindi grammar and syntax.
- Bachelor's degree in Hindi, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience teaching Hindi language courses to students of all levels.
- Experience with remote teaching technologies such as video conferencing software, learning management systems, and digital whiteboards.
- Ability to work well independently and develop effective lesson plans and learning materials.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage student assessments and evaluations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide feedback and guidance to students and parents in a clear and concise manner.
