**Job Title**: Junior Architect

**Job Summary**:
As an Architectural Fresher, you will work under the guidance of experienced architects and contribute to various stages of the architectural design and planning process. Your role will involve assisting in the creation of architectural drawings, 3D models, and other design-related tasks. You'll be expected to collaborate with the project team, learn from senior architects, and contribute innovative ideas to projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Drafting and Design**:_

Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Contribute to the development of schematic designs, construction drawings, and presentation materials.
- **3D Modeling**:_

Create 3D models of architectural designs to visualize and communicate concepts.

Work with rendering software to produce high-quality visualizations.
- **Research and Documentation**:_

Conduct research on architectural materials, construction techniques, and design trends.

Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
- **Collaboration**:_

Work closely with senior architects, project managers, and other team members.

Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to the design process.
- **Learning and Development**:_

Stay updated on industry trends, software tools, and best practices.

Take advantage of learning opportunities and training provided by the firm.
- **Code Compliance**:_

Familiarize yourself with local building codes and regulations.

Ensure that designs comply with applicable codes and standards.
- **Qualifications**:_

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and 3D modeling tools.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Attention to detail and a passion for design.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
