**Overview**: As a Telecaller at 11X, you will play a crucial role in our communication and customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, promote our products/services, and assist in generating leads. We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual who excels in communication, is customer-oriented, and can contribute to the growth of our business.

**Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**: Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.

**Product/Service Promotion**: Effectively communicate and promote the company's products or services to prospective clients.

**Customer Follow-up**: Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through marketing efforts to convert them into sales opportunities.

**Maintain Database**: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the company's database.

**Achieve Targets**: Work towards achieving individual and team targets set by the company.

**Customer Assistance**: Provide information about products/services, answer queries, and address customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

**Feedback Collection**: Collect feedback from customers and relay it to the appropriate departments for continuous improvement.

**Adherence to Policies**: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.

**Customer Focus**: Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.

**Target Oriented**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

**Computer Proficiency**: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

**Team Player**: Ability to collaborate with team members and other departments.

**Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
