**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate **lathe**to machine precision components.
- Read and interpret **technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders** to determine machining and assembly requirements.
- Select, install, and adjust cutting tools, attachments, and fixtures.
- Measure and inspect finished components using **calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments** to ensure accuracy.
- Perform **mechanical fitting and assembly of all products manufactured by Incredible Devices**, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening of parts.
- Make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and specifications.
- Perform **routine maintenance** on lathe machines, ensuring proper lubrication and upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with **safety guidelines** and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with **engineering, quality control, and production teams** to troubleshoot and resolve machining and assembly issues.
- Maintain production logs and report any machine malfunctions or material defects.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1**-3 years** of experience as a lathe operator in a manufacturing environment.
- **Education**: ITI, Machining, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in operating **lathes**.
- Ability to read and understand **engineering drawings and tolerances**.
- Strong knowledge of **cutting tools, feeds, and speeds for different materials** (metals, plastics, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with **mechanical assembly and fitting** of machined components.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work **independently and as part of a team**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
