Communication and presentation skills are a necessary trait

Should be Street Smart Have a positive and adaptable attitude

Be innovative and creative to distinguish your event from the competition

Should be someone with excellent administrative skills

Be able to handle a team & Possess an eye for detail

Managing everything in between Executing decor designs on site and handling client expectations. Market survey, Material sourcing, negotiating and finding good deals, Vendor sourcing, coordination & management with them, Preparing & maintaining database on Excel sheets, Event coordination, set up execution. Show run on the event day.
