- Field Data Collection Officer**

**Salary:

- INR 7500 + Variable Performance Bonus of INR 100 for every verified hectare onboarded over the monthly target.**

**About the role:

The Field Data Collection officer's responsibilities will include meeting with farmers in the assigned region/area and providing daily reports, including fieldwork planning. During the meetings, the field data collection officer will be expected to follow all established ethical and survey protocols and to maintain excellent data quality. The field data collection officer will be responsible to achieve onboarding 75 verified hectares per month. The Field data collection officer will ensure data quality as well as strict compliance to all ethical and survey protocols during the meeting with Farmer and subsequent data management. The Field data collection officer shall be directly supervised and work closely with the Territory Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing Baseline survey of the area and farmers suitable for the Agroforestry project.
- Completing monthly target of 75 verified hectares(this may change depending on the project requirements)
- Training stakeholders involved in the project and coordination with them.
- Report to the Territory Manager and other higher-end on a regular basis.
- Working on targets and achieving targets as per the location they’re based and ensuring that they are timely achieved.
- Addressing issues timely.

**Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with data collection and farmers
- Experience with Agroforestry is a plus.
- Should have a valid driving licence and own vehicle.

**Please note that this is a target-based position, and your compensation will be determined based on whether you have achieved your targets or not.**

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From ₹7,500.00 per month
