**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an E-commerce Fulfillment, Customer Support, and Social Media Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling order fulfillment processes, providing excellent customer support, collaborating with external partners, managing social media platforms, competitor analysis, new product research, sample product testing, and writing primary text and scripts.Note: Training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Order Fulfillment:

- Process and fulfill Amazon, Meesho and other marketplace orders promptly, ensuring accurate shipping labels and proper packaging.
- Collaborate with the 3PL logistics team to ship orders daily and resolve any support-related issues.
- Maintain knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment processes and utilize relevant tools to track shipments and manage stock count effectively.
- Contact the Amazon support team for clarifications on account health or order processing issues.
- Take stock count and restock if needed.
- Analyze competitor images and descriptions to improve our listings.

2. Customer Support:

- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages to maintain a positive brand image.
- Offer customer support for all projects, addressing customer needs and ensuring a satisfactory experience.
- Take stock count and restock if needed.

3. UGC Creators Collaboration:

- Identify and establish collaborations with user-generated content (UGC) creators to acquire content for our projects.
- Build and nurture relationships with UGC creators to foster ongoing partnerships and support content creation efforts.

4. Social Media Handling:

- Manage social media accounts for our men's watch brand, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube.
- Work closely with graphic designers to obtain engaging images and videos for social media platforms.
- Take monthly reports for all social media platforms, analyze performance, and make necessary changes to the plan.
- Analyze competitors' social media accounts, both organic and paid, to gain insights and identify areas for improvements.
- Write primary text and scripts for social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

5. Competitor Analysis:

- Analyze competitor images, descriptions, advertisements, and websites to improve our product listings, marketing strategies, and website.
- Analyze competitor Ads and find industry best-performing hooks from industry specialists.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in e-commerce order fulfillment, customer support, social media management, competitor analysis, new product research, and sample product testing is preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing e-commerce tools and platforms to track shipments, manage stock, and analyze competitor data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new processes and strategies and adapt to different departments if needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
