- Time out Verification of image count, Patient Name, Identification number, age, sex, data & time of study.
- Checking relevant & adequate clinical details.
- Maintain time frame for the studies.
- Prioritisation-Emergency / Stat studies.
- Use the standard templates, macro & Short cuts / auto text.
- Maintain patient privacy.
- Team work.
- Improve quality attend QA sessions.
