**Key roles of an Associate Professor**:

**Research Leadership**: Lead and collaborate on high-level research projects, contributing to significant findings in the field and guiding students in their research initiatives.

**Clinical and Practical Training**: Supervise students during clinical rotations or practical sessions, ensuring they develop the skills needed for real-world medical practice in the field.

**Student Evaluation and Mentorship**: Oversee the assessment of student performance, providing feedback and academic guidance to help students excel in both theoretical and practical aspects of the field.

**Administrative and Committee Roles**: Contribute to faculty meetings, curriculum committees, and departmental administration, ensuring the smooth operation of the medical program and alignment with institutional goals.
