- Date: Nov 8, 2024- Location: Sikkim I - Plant- Company: Sun Pharma Laboratories LtdTo give the line clearance as per BMR/BPR, SOPs and checklists

To monitor and record online in-process parameters as per specified frequency in BPR/BMR

To collect the process validation sample, micro sample, hold time, finished product sample, control sample, stability sample and CT/Trial batches sample and AMT sample as per sampling plan and send to QC.

To perform AQL for release the intermediate and final stage of manufacturing as per SOP & BMR.

To maintain tracker stability sample & AMT sample.

To ensure compliance of written procedures of BMR/BPR on shop floor by QA and other concern personnel.

To verify the on line rejection and return of excess packing material to PMS.

To ensure implementation of CAPA to reduced PQC.

To prepare stability intimation and registration in LIMS.

To ensure no-delay in closure of BMR and BPR prior to dispatch of finished goods.

To impart training to packing team and attend various training program to improve the awareness level of various quality systems.

Any other work assigned by the HOD.
