Position: Content Creator

Location: Alwarpet, Chennai

Job Summary:
As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging and relevant content to attract and retain the target audience, drive traffic, and increase brand awareness. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies, create compelling written and visual content, and ensure consistency in messaging across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research, brainstorm, and develop content ideas and topics aligned with the company's goals, target audience, and brand identity.
- Develop visually appealing multimedia content, including images, graphics, videos, and infographics, to enhance engagement and convey key messages effectively.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to create multimedia content assets that resonate with the target audience.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and social media platforms to improve visibility, reach, and engagement metrics.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates, to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content creation, digital marketing, and social media to innovate and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to style guidelines in all content produced, ensuring accuracy, tone of voice, and messaging alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, and sales, to align content strategies with overall business objectives and campaigns.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from the audience on social media platforms and other digital channels in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and storytelling techniques.
- Proficiency in creating multimedia content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design and editing software.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive content strategy and decision-making.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a commitment to producing high-quality content that reflects the brand's values and objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with video production, editing, and/or animation.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
- Certification or training in digital marketing, content strategy, or related fields.
- Experience with influencer marketing or community management.
- Familiarity with industry-specific content trends and audience preferences.

**Salary**: ₹12,122.10 - ₹35,352.75 per month
