*Job Responsibilities:*

1. *Painting:* Priming, painting, and finishing wooden furniture and decor items according to specified color schemes and design requirements.

3. *Color Matching:* Ensuring accurate color matching and consistency across all painted items.

4. *Quality Control:* Conducting quality checks on painted items to ensure they meet company standards for finish and appearance.

5. *Equipment Maintenance:* Cleaning and maintaining painting equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

6. *Safety Compliance:* Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.

7. *Team Collaboration:* Collaborating with other team members, including designers and carpenters, to ensure seamless coordination in the production process.

8. *Inventory Management:* Assisting in inventory management by keeping track of paint supplies and requesting replenishments as needed.

*Requirements:*

2. Proficiency in surface preparation techniques, including sanding and priming.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

5. Basic understanding of color theory and color matching techniques.

6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new painting techniques and processes.

7. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that may require lifting and bending.

8. High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
