Are you a results-driven digital marketer passionate about e-commerce and Meta platforms? Join our dynamic marketing team as a Senior Performance & Retention Marketing Associate, where you’ll lead paid media campaigns and drive customer growth and retention across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead & optimise paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
- Analyse performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and adjust strategies to boost ROI.
- Implement audience targeting, retargeting, and custom segmentation for D2C brands.
- Collaborate with design team for creatives on ad copy, visuals & landing pages.
- Run A/B tests for continuous optimisation.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively.
- Align digital efforts with e-commerce funnels and retention strategies.
- Provide insights through weekly/monthly performance reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with Meta trends & e-commerce innovations.
- Partner with content, analytics & design teams for seamless execution.
- Drive revenue growth through data-backed strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A min 1 year in digital marketing with hands-on Meta Ads experience.
- Strong background in D2C & e-commerce strategy.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, Shopify, and analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of customer journey, funnel optimisation & performance metrics.
- Excellent communication & project management skills.
- A creative, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Bonus if you have**:

- Meta Blueprint certification.
- Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
