
Field Sales Executive

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research, networking, and field visits.
- Conduct on-site meetings with clients to present and demonstrate products/services.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve individual and team targets.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates on client interactions.
- Maintain a detailed record of client communications and sales activities.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to share knowledge and best practices.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
**Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales or a related position.
