Position: Site Supervisor (Entry Level)

Qualifications**:Minimum 12th pass, with a preference for a diploma in civil engineering. ** Freshers are encouraged to apply.

**Responsibilities**:
**1.Oversee and manage daily site activities, including supervision of labors and materials.**

2.Ensure the timely completion of routine tasks and actively communicate daily progress. **Monitor and report on the ongoing work, addressing any issues that may arise. ** Collaborate with site engineers to achieve project goals.

**3.Maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Key Requirements**: Basic understanding of civil engineering principles.

**4.Strong organizational and management skills. ** Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.

**5.Willingness to learn and adapt to different challenges.**

6.Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
