**+Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to design visually appealing content, including posters, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
- Develop creative concepts and ideas that align with the company’s brand identity and objectives.
- Edit and enhance images, ensuring high-quality visuals for both digital and print media.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of the company’s visual assets, including logos, presentations, and templates.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and software to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines.

**+Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or event management environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
- Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw, 3D Maya, G-Sketchup, Canva etc.).
- A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of video and Photo editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
