**Job Title: SEO Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Keyword Research and Analysis**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and improved search engine rankings.

2. **On-Page Optimization**: Implement on-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, headers, and content optimization, to enhance website performance.

3. **Off-Page Optimization**: Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, such as link building and outreach, to increase the authority and credibility of our website.

4. **Technical SEO**: Identify and resolve technical issues affecting website performance, such as crawl errors, site speed, and mobile optimization.

5. **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize engaging, SEO-friendly content that resonates with our target audience.

6. **Analytics and Reporting**: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software to track and analyze website performance, providing regular reports and insights.

7. **Stay Updated on SEO Trends**: Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our SEO strategies align with current standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SEO roles.
