Roles And Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day school operations. - Keep the Promoters informed of all matters relating to the school through reports at meetings and immediate communication following major school events or happenings. - Provide data to assist the Promoters in their work. - Manage school logistics and budgets. Make recommendations to the board for approval of the operating and capital budgets, including all categories of income and expenditures. - Uphold the academic and ethical standards of the school - Foster professionalism, collegiality, and ethical conduct in the faculty - Monitor and report on teacher performance - Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching - Interview and hire school personnel - Review and implement school policies - Provide guidance and counselling to teachers - Administer the school’s discipline policies and standards of conduct. - Supervise the school’s support systems, such as counselling, academic support,secondary school counselling, health and wellness, etc. - Oversee the school safety programs including building security, emergency procedures, transportation regulations, and fire drills, etc. - Promote a healthy student culture in and out of school. Optimize all-school gatherings including assemblies, sporting events, performances, etc. - Handle emergencies and school crises. - Organize school events and assemblies. - Ensure a safe and clean environment for students. - Understands and supervises the business functions of the school, including budgeting; monitoring and reporting income, expenses, investments, and cash flow; maintenance of appropriate records; and assisting the Promoters along with the Finance & Accounts Department. Oversees all employment and human relations matters, such as contracts, salaries, benefits, job assignments, job orientation, performance evaluation, retentions and dismissals, personnel records, employee handbooks, etc. along with the HR Department. - Oversees the maintenance and cleaning of the buildings, grounds, and all plant operations including vehicles, grounds, etc. along with the Administration Department. - Plans and executes all major capital purchases, repairs, and building projects along with the Admin and Project team. - Supervises and assists the admissions functions of the school along with the Admission Department.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
