Education and Qualification:

- A graduate in any stream with minimum 50% scoring as qualification
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in the Jewelry industry as experience.
- Excellent grooming & hygiene standards.
- Calm nature even under pressure and presence of mind attitude.
- Able to deliver the tasks on time and meet deadlines.
- Target oriented and go getter sprit.
- Ability to work under a team and or lead a team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- A sales Executive will be on the front line dealing with Customers and responsible for sales and generating revenue to the business.
- Should have sound knowledge of all the jewelry items that are available in the store.
- React according to the requirement of the Customer and display the items of their interest.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Encourage the Customer to buy more products by explaining them about different offers and schemes available in the store.
- Reach out to customer leads through follow-ups.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)

- Jewellery Sales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi & Telugu (preferred)
