We seek a compassionate and dedicated Counsellor to join our team at **URBX Knowledge Park LLP. **As a Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance, support, and mental health services to aspiring students enrolled in our academy.

Job Title: Academic Counsellor

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Be a trusted counsellor**: Utilize your excellent communication skills to build rapport with students, answer their questions, and address their concerns about academics, careers, and social integration.
- **Become a course selection pro**: Assist students in choosing the right academic path based on their individual goals, interests, and strengths.
- **Stay organized and proactive**: Manage your schedule effectively, conduct regular follow-up calls with students, and ensure a smooth enrolment process.
- **Expand your outreach**: Assist with lead generation strategies, including tele calling (experience a plus) and digital marketing initiatives.
- **Go the extra mile**: Perform additional tasks related to admissions and coordination, demonstrating your commitment to the team's success.
- **Make a real difference**: Provide one-on-one guidance, support, and encouragement to ensure students thrive academically and socially.

**Education**:
Any Degree/PG/MSW

**Experience**:
Freshers or experienced in a similar role in an academic set up

**Skills**:

- Effective English oral and written communication skills.
- Basic Computer skills-MS Office
- Interpersonal Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
