JOB TITLE: COMMIS (CONTINENTAL CUISINE)

POSITIONS AVAILABE: 4 (1 COMMIS - PIZZA, 1 COMMIS - PASTRY, 2 COMMIS - HOT KITCHEN)

SALARY: 22,000-25,000

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME

SHIFT: ROTATIONAL

EXPERIENCE: 2-3 YEARS

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Carrying out daily prep activities like Chopping, Washing, Sorting, Storing and Processing of vegetables and various meats.
- Assisting and executing of various preparations with CDP.
- Assisting in receiving and storing of daily supplies ensuring good quality.
- Being aware of kitchen supplies and notifying of any needs immediately.
- Maintenance of refrigeration units and upkeep of all storage units.
- Assisting in plating as per the directions of the management.
- Ensuring consistency of recipes and working standards.
- Willingness to learn and be a part of the team.
