**Key Responsibilities for Interior Designer**
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs) based on site measurements and design inputs
- Deliver detailed technical drawings suitable for execution and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for feasibility and accuracy
- Suggest appropriate materials and finishes in line with market trends and budget,\
- Stay updated on design innovations and current material availability
- (Added Advantage): Ability to develop conceptual 3D views to support design intent

**Technical Skills**
- High proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings, layouts, and detailing
- Awareness of modular interior construction and execution-level documentation
- Familiarity with 3D modeling or rendering tools (SketchUp, Enscape, etc.) is a bonus but not mandatory

**Soft Skills & Working Style**
- Self-motivated and capable of managing timelines independently
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to evolving design briefs and provide practical solutions
- Responsive and professional in all interactions
