**Job Summary**

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. The intern will assist in managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. You will have the opportunity to work on real campaigns, engage with audiences, and learn from experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content creation**: Assist in creating engaging content (posts, images, videos) for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- **Social media management**: Help schedule and post content across platforms, ensuring consistent and timely updates.
- **Community engagement**: Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build an active online community.
- **Campaign support**: Assist with the planning and execution of social media campaigns to promote brand awareness and increase engagement.
- **Analytics tracking**: Monitor and report on key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, follower growth) using social media analytics tools and provide insights for optimization.
- **Trend research**: Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing to suggest new ideas.
- **Competitor analysis**: Conduct research on competitor social media strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
