**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role in Karjan, Vadodara for a Laminator Operator. The Laminator Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining lamination equipment, monitoring and controlling panel defects and quality, and adhering to safety and operational regulations and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in handling, operating, and troubleshooting the laminator machine and associated equipment for at least 2 years. Relevant work experience in PV Solar MBB Module Auto line is must.
- Diploma/Degree or GED equivalent
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment and operating lamination equipment
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to monitor and control the lamination process and detect defects or anomalies in panel quality
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team
- Availability to work full-time in Karjan, Vadodara
