**Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Leading the design and development of new features and systems
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members
- Identifying and mitigating technical risks
- Managing technical dependencies and ensuring alignment with architecture standards
- Driving the adoption of new technologies and best practices
- Communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical decisions
- Ensuring that the solution is delivered on time and on budget
- Continuously monitoring the performance of the systems and identifying areas for improvement
- Defining and implementing the overall technical strategy for the organization
- Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure that the technical solutions align with the overall business strategy.

A Technical Architect with 10+ years of experience and an engineering degree is responsible for leading the design and development of technical solutions for complex projects. They will have hands-on experience with Java 8, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Solr, and will use this knowledge to guide teams in building high-performing, scalable, and reliable systems.

They will be expected to have a strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-based architectures and microservices, and also have experience in leading and mentoring development teams. They should also be familiar with Agile methodologies and be able to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and on budget.
