**Client Representation**:Representing clients in immigration court, administrative hearings, and other legal proceedings and **knowledge of H1, G1 cases.**:

- **Legal Advice**:Providing legal counsel to clients on their rights and obligations under immigration laws.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:Preparing and submitting necessary documents to immigration authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- **Case Management**:Analyzing cases, identifying potential challenges, and developing strategies to overcome them.
- **Negotiation and Advocacy**:Negotiating with immigration authorities and advocating for clients' rights in legal proceedings.
- **Client Consultation**:Meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and explaining legal options.
- **Legal Research**:Staying up-to-date on changes in immigration laws and regulations.
- **Case Preparation**:Preparing clients for interviews and other legal proceedings.

Example Cases:

- Defending clients against deportation or removal proceedings.
- Guiding clients through the naturalization process and preparing them for citizenship tests.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Law Degree**: An advanced degree in law, such as a Juris Doctor (JD), and passing the bar exam.
- **Knowledge of Immigration Law**: A thorough understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and legal professionals.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to analyze complex cases and develop effective legal strategies.
- **Negotiation and Advocacy Skills**: Strong negotiation and advocacy skills to represent clients effectively in legal proceedings.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
