**About the Team**:InMobi's Partner Solutions team is responsible for the managing company's partnerships with its attribution, data and creative innovation partners in APAC. These partnerships provide unique differentiating advantage for InMobi & provide end-to-end solutions to address our clients key challenges. The Partner Solutions team is front-facing, working with partners, clients, large agencies and media owners and at the same time collaborates extensively with various internal stakeholders.

**About the Role**: As a Partner Solutions Associate, you will be responsible for providing support, increasing the adoption of third-party solutions, and managing the performance of existing partners. You will be working very closely with the ecosystem partners in attribution, data & creative innovation space along with InMobi's business development and client services team to drive revenue growth.

You will be responsible for onboarding and managing partners across APAC with an outcome to provide unique offering to the clients via sales team to drive revenue growth, better user segment targeting, new client activations.

**Language**: Proficiency in English

**What you'll do**
- Build pipeline of potential partners, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard high impact partnerships impacting the business revenue and positioning.
- Evangelise the solutions with key advertisers and agencies on how to leverage our partners with the objective of delivering their business and meeting marketing objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch new partnerships, evangalize new solutions with existing partners. Train the internal teams on the solutions and ensure adoption.
- Track utilisation and revenue influence compared to cost impact, determine and action corrective measures where needed
- Be creative, to be able to come up with solutions to business problems of clients, sales teams, etc.
- Monitor and be abreast of industry trends, competitor products and solutions, new emerging technologies in the industry.

**About you**
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Partner Management/ Business Development experience within the Advertising Technology space
- Self-starter, seeking a new professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential
- Prior experience with cold reach outs, inbound lead management, partner management, ability to connect with media companies is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, drafting proposals, etc.
- Outstanding in teamwork with strong organisational & interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment; comfortable with ambiguity and decision-making in the absence of perfect information
- Help create and manage processes for on-boarding of new partners, including training them.
