**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify students with special educational needs through observation, assessment, and collaboration with class teachers..
- Conduct one-on-one or small-group remedial sessions to support academic and social development.
- Maintain records, documentation, and reports in accordance with CBSE guidelines and school policy.
- Conduct workshops and awareness sessions for teachers and parents to promote inclusive education.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly and modify strategies as needed.
- Coordinate with school counselors and management for referrals or further interventions if required.
- **Travel to other school branches** as and when required, depending on student or class requirements.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in **Special Education** (B.Ed / M.Ed in Special Education) from a recognized institution.
- Preferred **2-5 years of experience** in a similar role within a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Strong understanding of **CBSE inclusion policies** and special education frameworks.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability in dealing with students of varied learning abilities.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administrative staff.
- Willingness to **travel across branches** based on teaching needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
