Student Counsellor

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual and group counselling to students on emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns
- Identify students in need of special attention and offer appropriate support or referrals
- Conduct life skills sessions and mental health awareness programs
- Support students in developing study habits, time management, and stress coping skills
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to monitor and support student development
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate records of counselling sessions
- Participate in school events, orientation programs, and awareness campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling / Social Work or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a school or educational setting
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to connect with students across age groups
- Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE school environment preferred
