Gents Tailor

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform sampling cloth cutting based on provided designs and specifications.
- Create and modify patterns according to measurements and preferences given.
- Expertly stitch casual shirts, paying close attention to details, seams, and finishing.
- Ensure the accurate and efficient use of sewing machines, tools, and equipment.
- Collaborate with the team to discuss fabric selection, construction techniques, and garment assembly.
- Conduct quality checks on completed garments to ensure they meet established standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of materials and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Gent's Tailor Master, experienced in stitching casual shirts.
- Proficient in sampling cloth cutting, pattern making, and garment construction techniques.
- Skilled in using industrial sewing machines, sergers, and other relevant equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment fitting.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent measuring and math skills for accurate pattern adjustments and garment fitting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, and willingness to work part-time if required.
