**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute LinkedIn outreach to identify and connect with potential leads.
- Personalize and send connection requests and follow-up messages to prospects.
- Research industries, companies, and decision-makers based on predefined criteria.
- Maintain accurate tracking of outreach and responses using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Assist in preparing outreach messaging, follow-up templates, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development team for lead handovers.
- Conduct competitor and market research to support lead generation strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and interest in B2B marketing or tech sales.
- Good research and organizational skills.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Engineering background combined with an MBA is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to B2B or SaaS markets is a plus.
