Front Desk Receptionist

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage the front desk, including answering and directing phone calls
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
- Handle inquiries from clients, staff, and the general public
- Schedule and manage appointments or meetings
- Manage and route incoming and outgoing mail/courier
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Monitor front office supplies and keep stock updated
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, professional, and presentable at all times
- Coordinate with housekeeping, courier, and maintenance teams
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree or any graduate (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in front office/reception (freshers can also apply)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
