**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help students identify their strengths, career interests, and suitable courses based on their background.
- Provide information about courses, including Digital Marketing, Content Writing, Animation, and VFX.
- Assist with the admission process, including registration and documentation.
- Build rapport with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent student follow-ups.
- Conduct informational seminars and workshops for prospective students.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Psychology, or related field preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to connect with students, understand their needs, and provide guidance.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and handling student management software.
- Fluent in Hindi and English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience as a student counselor or in a similar role is preferred.
