- 1- Literature Survey & Lab/Plant trials- 1.1 To understand the Chemistry of existing process.
- 1.2 Generate Lab trials data same as plant by not affecting quality and quantity of product.
- 1.3 Generate literature survey regarding same process and alternate route
- 1.4 Process developement for new molecules
- 1.5 Implement idea in Lab as well as during plant trials- 2- Productivity and Improvement- 2.1 Conduct Stagewise experiment without affecting quality and quantity as per plant.
- 2.2 Conduct Plants trials for idea implementation same as Lab to achive saving or quality improvement.
- 2.3 To ensure about glass wear and Chemicals availability in Lab
- **To improve performance of Lab operations**
- 3- Safety & Housekeeping- 3.1 Ensure 100% complaince for using appropriate PPEs while working in Lab & during Plant Trials
- 3.2 Provide Refresher training of ERT/ Safety talks to colleagues
- 3.3 Report near misses related to safety abnormalities ( either unsafe conditions or unsafe act)
- 3.4 Maintain 5S standards
- **To ensure Safe Work Place with best housekeeping standards**
- 4- People Development- 4.1 Develop colleagues for idea generation
- 4.2 Provide training and encourage colleagues for generating Kaizens and One Point Lessons for improvements
- **To improve Skill Matrics of Lab**
