**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures as per physician's orders.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
- **Clinical Support**:

- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and procedures.
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and patient records.
- **Patient Education**:

- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and treatments.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment by complying with infection control procedures and medication administration protocols.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license issued by the State Nursing Board.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and nursing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
