**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough research on the Odisha real estate market to identify lucrative investment opportunities.
- Gather and organise comprehensive data on available lands and plots in the region.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to real estate.
- **Sourcing & Data Collection**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with real estate agents, landowners, vendors, and other market players.
- Collect accurate and detailed data on various land and plot options available in the region.
- Ensure data authenticity and quality, filtering out options that don’t meet company criteria.
- **Investment Evaluation & Recommendation**:

- Analyse and evaluate land and plot data to identify the most profitable investment opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations on which properties the company should invest in for maximum returns.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to facilitate decision-making.
- **Legal Knowledge & Compliance**:

- Possess knowledge of the legal proceedings and documentation required for land and property transactions.
- Ensure all transactions comply with local regulations and company policies.
- Work with legal teams to oversee the preparation and processing of necessary legal documentation related to property acquisition.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Collaborate with agents, vendors, and other stakeholders to negotiate terms and close deals.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key market players to ensure ongoing access to the best investment opportunities.
- Manage communications with all stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- 4-5 years Experience preferably in real estate, with a strong understanding of the Odisha market.
- Proven experience in market research, data collection, and analysis.
- Knowledge of legal processes involved in land and property transactions.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages (Odia preferred).

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhubaneshwar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
