**Job Title: Visa Counsellor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information and guidance to students and clients regarding visa processes for UK, USA, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Conduct **tele-calling** to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and provide initial counselling.
- Maintain proper records of all client communications and documentation.
- Coordinate with universities, embassies, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest immigration policies and changes in visa rules.
- Support walk-in clients and conduct counselling sessions as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Visa Counsellor or in a similar role.
- Proven knowledge of visa processes for **UK, USA, Australia, and New Zealand**.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional local languages are a plus.
- Excellent tele-calling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a target-driven environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
- Experience with study abroad or immigration consultancy firms.
