Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing seasonal collections and samples
- Create moodboards, color stories, and tech packs
- Track sampling status, raw materials, and finishes
- Liaise with vendors, job workers, and artisans
- Coordinate with merchandising and styling teams
- Participate in catalog shoots and styling support
- Conduct research on trends and luxury ethnic brands

Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in **women's ethnic/festive Indian wear**:

- Knowledge of embroidery, Indian silhouettes & finishing
- Proficiency in Canva / Excel
- Clear communication in Hindi and English
- Strong sense of accountability and a fast-learning attitude

Job Location

On-site at our studio in Noida (Delhi NCR)
