**About this role**

Typically responsible for Supporting the Lead Project Manager with project related coordination activity, managing documentation and other project related tasks within boundaries of the project.

Risk - not owned at this level but should be aware of the impact of risks carried at project & programme level.

**You'll have the following responsibilities**

q Ability to prioritise work and handle facts and figures. Needs little guidance on how to perform tasks.

q Understands contribution to success of overall project.

q Limited customer contact.

q Customer contact likely to be at an implementation or user level.

q Could operate in learning context with advice and guidance from Project Manager and Direction from Project/Programme owner or process driven.

q May be first project management role.

q Requires Supervision.

**Low level Tasks**

1. Project Planning phase

I. Tracking and managing Pricing & ordering

II. Support Lead PM with Planning & scheduling

2. Project Execution phase

I. Order tracking & delivery using BT Tools and systems

II. Resource booking & alignment for the migrations support

III. Managing Migration/Cutover Scheduling/invites

IV. Supporting/driving migration activity

3. Project Monitor & Control phase

I. Managing ORT, Handover to operation

II. Project Reporting, MyPD or any other BT systems and tools

4. Project Closure phase

I. Documentation, capturing lesson learnt

**You'll have the following skills & experience**

**Qualifications**:
q Prince Foundation / APMP (to be complete within 1 year of joining BT)

**Skills/Experience**:
q Experience of owning work packages as part of a larger project. Successful delivery against given responsibilities, accurate and timely reporting against tasks.
