**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Creative Design**: Conceptualize and design high-quality graphics for digital platforms, print materials, social media campaigns, product packaging, and advertisements.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across all channels.
- **Illustrations & Layouts**: Create original illustrations, icons, and vector graphics for use in marketing campaigns.
- **AI-Enhanced Workflows**: Leverage tools like **ChatGPT** to generate creative ideas, marketing copy, and design concepts to speed up ideation and content creation.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product, and social media teams to translate campaign requirements into compelling visual designs.
- **File Preparation**: Prepare print-ready files, manage multiple file formats, and ensure correct color modes (RGB/CMYK).
- **Innovation**: Stay updated with design trends, new tools, and creative techniques to keep our brand ahead of the curve.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Software Expertise**:

- Advanced proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop** (photo editing, compositing, retouching)
- Strong experience with **CorelDRAW** (vector-based designs, packaging)
- Proficiency in **Illustration tools** (Adobe Illustrator or equivalent)
- **AI Tools Knowledge**: Experience using **ChatGPT** or similar AI tools to generate creative copy, brainstorm ideas, and optimize design workflows.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to deliver pixel-perfect, high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in **social media marketing creatives** or **supplement/fitness industry design** (plus point).
- Knowledge of basic video editing or motion graphics is a bonus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
